The staff is understanding here, the services are brilliant, and location is upscale near Times Square subway station and Times Square/Theater District and good restaurants. Absolutely fabulous units with views to the empire state building. Fairly clean and functional hotel in Manhattan district.

Their breakfast is so bad, can definitely be improved.
